​MINI 1500 Vacuum Filler

• Designed for low output meat
• For batch filling of casings with ground meat and forming of mass frankfurters and small sausages from fine ground meat, by means of twisting the casing (with optional continuous type portioning machines FPK or FPL)
• MINI 1500 Vacuum Filler High-quality production of boiled sausages and smoked and cooked sausages with the minimum ground meat temperature plus 3°С
• Extreme vacuumization – eliminating any porosity in the product
• Preservation of the ground meat pattern under the casing and on the stick cut in smoked and cooked sausages
